Non-Refundable Taxes: Any taxes paid by Unified Faglig on behalf of the client are non-refundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Termination Request: To initiate a refund, you must notify us in writing of your decision to terminate the contract. This can be done via email or through our contact form on the website.
Verification: Once we receive your termination request, we will verify your account and the services provided.
Calculation of Refund: The refund will be calculated by deducting any non-refundable taxes paid on your behalf from the total fees paid.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of termination confirmation.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are only available for services that have not been completed. If the services are partially completed, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the work completed and the non-refundable taxes.
